1. Proforma Invoice is issued for advance booking and does not constitute a final tax invoice. 2. 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking confirmation. 3. Balance remaining payment must be cleared at least 7 days before the travel commencement date. 4. All tours are subject to weather conditions and local administrative guidelines. 5. Rates are valid for the specified pax count and travel dates only.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation 30 days prior to travel: 10% retention charge. 2. Cancellation 15-29 days prior: 25% of total package cost. 3. Cancellation 7-14 days prior: 50% of total package cost. 4. Cancellation less than 7 days prior or No Show: 100% non-refundable.
